Digital Advertising Trainer (Bilingual Portuguese/English)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Trainer to equip Tech Support Agents with the knowledge and tools needed to assist advertisers on a major social media platform. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality training in a fast‑paced B2B environment, covering campaign setup, performance analysis, and support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and experienced agents.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions on campaign creation, ad performance, targeting, billing and tracking concepts such as pixel implementation.
• Translate complex product and technical information into clear training materials and documentation.
• Conduct continuous learning sessions on platform updates, optimization strategies and best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, nesting performance and quality metrics.
• Partner with Product Operations, Engineering and Quality teams to keep content up‑to‑date.
• Identify knowledge gaps using performance data, QA insights and agent feedback, and implement targeted coaching.
• Support agents in mastering ticketing and support tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level, written and verbal).
• Degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in training, coaching or L&D within customer or technical support environments.
• Strong background in digital advertising, including paid campaign management and concepts such as CPC, CPM, targeting and conversion tracking.
• Experience in a contact‑center or ad‑tech environment (BPO experience preferred).
