Key responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting area by identifying and initially contacting potential candidates.
• Propose new alternatives for candidate identification.
• Identify opportunities to improve current recruiting processes.
• Manage job portal postings and evaluate incoming applications.
• Analyze professional profiles on job portals for open searches.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Advanced level of English.
