Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join a leading dental‑implant and digital dentistry company as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for dental offices and labs, handling technical questions, order processing, and account management in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior telephone support to customers, answering technical queries about Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect products.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain master data in SAP.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP, and resolve order or shipping issues.
• Achieve weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction targets.
• Participate in team and company meetings to stay informed on product updates and procedures.
• Follow safety rules, keep the workspace clean, and complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and verbal).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Prior dental or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• SAP for order and account management.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic PC proficiency.
