About the role

INDI is looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative to join its Recruiting Team. Working remotely, you will support various recruitment projects for multicultural teams worldwide, helping to connect top talent with leading companies.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple job boards and social networks.
• Conduct headhunting activities and source candidates.
• Filter CVs, contact candidates, and manage the initial screening process.
• Understand vacancy requirements to tailor the sourcing strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
• Knowledge of the IT market and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
