About the role
Join LSEG's Service Excellence team within Corporate Technology as a CPQ Engineer focused on application support. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of production systems while delivering high‑quality service to internal users.
Key responsibilities
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of application support and resolve production issues.
- Manage incidents, problems and workflow automation using ServiceNow.
- Escalate complex technical problems to Level 3 expertise and coordinate investigations.
- Monitor and maintain IT operations performance against SLA targets.
- Provide periodic and on‑call emergency support as required.
- Advance incidents to Level 3, drive closure within SLA and keep customers informed.
- Continuously review operating metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in application support and incident management.
- Ability to work under defined SLA commitments and communicate status updates clearly.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing recurring technical issues.
- Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and handle emergency situations.
