IT Applications Engineer III – Consulting Support

About the role

The IT Applications Engineer III provides backend support for ETL processes, integrations, stored procedures, PL/SQL, and data‑warehousing solutions. Working closely with ETL developers and business analysts, the role ensures data flows are reliable, resolves issues, and delivers small enhancements to support business research requests.

Key responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot ETL pipelines, stored procedures, and PL/SQL code.
• Collaborate with ETL developers to address upstream data changes and fix broken flows.
• Perform data research using Clarity/Cogito/SlicerDicer databases.
• Apply DevOps, Waterfall, and Agile practices to design and deliver resilient cloud‑based solutions.
• Provide incident support for basic to moderately complex system issues.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical specifications and code modules.
• Develop and execute unit tests to validate functionality.
• Support post‑implementation triage and configuration of enhancements.
