Content Editor – Medical & Digital Communications

About the role

Roche is seeking a Content Editor to join its growing medical writing team within the Global Digital Hub. The role focuses on reviewing, editing and fact‑checking a wide range of medical and healthcare content for digital channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit and fact‑check medical articles, blog posts, social media updates, website copy and promotional materials across multiple formats.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Roche best practices, brand guidelines, regulatory requirements and are optimized for SEO and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with writers, subject‑matter experts, marketing teams and business partners to clarify objectives and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage several concurrent projects across therapeutic areas, monitor workload and proactively address capacity issues.
• Engage internal resources and networks to meet deadlines and recommend service improvements.

Required profile

• Strong editorial experience with a focus on medical or healthcare content.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of regulatory and industry guidelines for medical communications.
