About the role

As a Digital Campaign Delivery Associate within Roche’s Global Digital Hub, you will ensure the successful delivery of digital campaign content‑creation projects. You will coordinate initiatives from inception through implementation, guaranteeing high‑quality output that meets the company’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage affiliate and global digital campaign content creation and delivery processes, ensuring timely completion.
• Support Campaign Coordinators and Global Campaign Experts in client communications, change management, and service‑offering discussions.
• Follow existing processes, establish governance principles, and maintain proper documentation within the scope of responsibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including designers, copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders—to align deliverables with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Strong interest and ability in project coordination with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, adapt to feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
• Openness to learn and use project‑management tools and software.
