Closer de Ventas – Sales Closer

About the role

As a Closer de Ventas you will turn qualified leads into paying clients for our commercial training programs. You will manage the sales pipeline, follow up leads, and close deals while receiving continuous coaching and performance feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the prospect pipeline in the CRM with daily discipline.
• Contact and follow up leads via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Present, negotiate, and close sales of our training and mentorship programs.
• Participate actively in Real Closers events.
• Record every interaction in the CRM accurately and promptly.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Required profile

• Strong desire to learn and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Open to feedback and willing to be coached.
• Continuous‑improvement attitude.
• Operational discipline: punctual follow‑up, complete records, clear priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and own your numbers.
• Some experience in sales, customer service or related commercial roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Resident of Costa Rica with availability for on‑site events in San José.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system (Clientify).

What we offer

• Base salary of ₡500,000 gross per month plus tiered commissions (5‑8%).
