Client Services Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Services Coordinator to join The Gypsy Travel & Cruise team. In this remote, work-from-anywhere position you will help clients design and book unforgettable vacations, cruises, and custom travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning trips, including flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours and excursions.
• Provide personalized destination recommendations based on client preferences and budgets.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, text and social media promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel promotions, destination updates and industry tools.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction before, during and after travel.
