Channels & Publishing Subchapter Lead

About the role

Roche is looking for a Subchapter Lead within its Global Digital Hub to steer the Channels & Publishing Chapter. You will be responsible for delivering long‑term outcomes, shaping digital capabilities and fostering a collaborative, agile culture across the hub.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations of the Channels & Publishing subchapter.
• Onboard, coach and develop team members to ensure high effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Manage resource allocation, monitor utilization and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other chapters, subchapters and Roche Service & Solutions (RSS) units to align with business strategies.
• Establish and govern business process documentation as a centre of excellence.
• Drive the adoption of the new operating model and agile collaboration practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in digital operations within large organisations, agencies or startups.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing people with end‑to‑end accountability.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multicultural matrix environments.
• Project and change‑management expertise.
