About the role
The Business Development Representative will actively build relationships with prospective clients to drive growth. Working from the office, you will schedule discovery meetings, understand client needs, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to generate new opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Work directly with sales and marketing to uncover and qualify leads.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to assess requirements.
- Demonstrate strong selling and influencing techniques.
- Support the sales pipeline by feeding qualified prospects to the team.
Required profile
- Experience in outbound and inbound sales, collections, or retention.
- Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in an office environment.
