About the role
The Business Development Representative (AWS) for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region will act as a subject‑matter expert on vendor products, nurture customer relationships, and drive partner growth through outbound outreach and enablement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for consultations and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors to design and execute strategic initiatives that expand business opportunities.
- Support partner enablement by delivering vendor training, providing product and program guidance, and profiling partner accounts.
- Track, qualify, and move leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow‑up.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement areas and implement result‑driving strategies.
- Participate in sales team account planning, customer consultations, and vendor program training.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (minimum).
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) and local languages.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
