Business Development Representative (AWS) – Caribbean Central America

About the role

The Business Development Representative (AWS) for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region will act as a subject‑matter expert on vendor products, nurture customer relationships, and drive partner growth through outbound outreach and enablement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for consultations and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and execute strategic initiatives that expand business opportunities.
• Support partner enablement by delivering vendor training, providing product and program guidance, and profiling partner accounts.
• Track, qualify, and move leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow‑up.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify improvement areas and implement result‑driving strategies.
• Participate in sales team account planning, customer consultations, and vendor program training.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (minimum).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) and local languages.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and adapt to change.
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.
