Bilingual English/French Customer Service Representative

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative who is fluent in English and French. In this role you will support customers throughout the entire lifecycle, handling administration, order management, quotations, and master‑data maintenance while contributing to the company’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, bilingual support to customers across all touchpoints.
• Manage order processing, quotations, and master‑data updates in ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues and escalations.
• Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
• Meet performance metrics and service‑level agreements consistently.
• Participate in cross‑training and support activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum B2 proficiency in both English and French.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in a shared service centre, multinational, or office environment.
• Preferred education in Business Administration, Science or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving ability, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
