Bilingual Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant to support the finance and accounting functions of a fast‑growing U.S. healthcare services organization. The position starts part‑time and is expected to transition to full‑time within 30 days based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, including data entry and classification of transactions.
• Download and reconcile bank statements for multiple client accounts on a monthly basis.
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and spreadsheets.
• Monitor customer accounts, track insurance commission payments, and identify outstanding balances.
• Assist with financial reporting and support broader accounting activities as trust is built.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
• Ability to prioritize accuracy over speed and a desire to grow into a broader accounting role.
