B2B Finance Associate Manager

About the role

The B2B Finance Associate Manager will provide visibility on commercial impacts to the P&L, collaborate with product and planning teams, and ensure accurate financial reporting for the B2B segment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visibility of commercial impacts on the P&L, understanding price‑quantity (PxQ) variations in coordination with Product and Planning teams.
• Prepare month‑end and year‑end forecasts, identifying and communicating risks and opportunities.
• Track and build the project pipeline, assessing status, impact, and coordinating with Sales Executives on each project's situation.
• Ensure correct allocation of revenue, costs, and OPEX in the B2B segment income statement in partnership with the Finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar finance or commercial analysis roles.
• Proven experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, and trend identification.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Office 365 suite.
