About the role

The Team Lead – Accounts Payable will supervise and coordinate the Accounts Payable team to deliver timely, accurate, and high‑quality services to agencies, vendors and Shared Service Center stakeholders. The role focuses on team management, operational performance, process improvement, customer service, quality and compliance with established controls and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, coordinate and oversee the AP team to meet operational objectives and service‑level expectations.
• Supervise the end‑to‑end Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing for agencies and vendors.
• Monitor daily workload, allocate volumes and maintain balanced productivity while handling exceptions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, identify improvement opportunities and support business migrations or expansions.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal counterparts to resolve operational issues and ensure a customer‑service‑oriented approach.

Required profile

• Experience in Accounts Payable, finance operations or shared services environments.
• Proven experience leading, supervising or coordinating a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to monitor KPIs, analyse operational gaps and implement improvements.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
