Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

Provide support to the team in accounting and financial tasks related to month‑end close, intercompany balances, FMC reports and financial reporting for USMT entities in the U.S. market, in line with Publicis Groupe policies and corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Complete monthly, quarterly and year‑end activities according to departmental timelines.
• Prepare and post medium‑to‑high complexity journal entries for assigned USMT entities.
• Update and maintain financial reports for assigned accounts during the monthly closing process.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate discrepancies in related‑party transactions.
• Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) and upload them to the Blackline system.
• Assist internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation.
• Support special projects such as process migrations, system implementations and regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• B2 level English (oral and written).
• 3‑5 years experience with the accounting cycle, intercompany processes and month‑end closing.
