Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst (L3) – CDO

About the role

Amazon's Finance Operations team is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Financial Analyst (Level 3) to support AR activities across LATAM and US markets. The analyst will manage the full AR cycle, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with global finance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and contact customers to collect past‑due balances.
• Reconcile AR accounts to the general ledger and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Handle internal and external AR inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures and process workflows.
• Collaborate with finance teams in the US, Canada, LATAM, and new geographic launches.
• Publish weekly metrics reports and provide project status updates.
• Participate in operational‑excellence initiatives, analyze processes, and recommend improvements.
• Manage internal controls on documents, identify control risks, and propose enhancements.
• Own or co‑own projects with guidance from senior team members.
