Accounts Receivable Analyst – North America Finance Shared Services

About the role

The Analyst, AR North America Finance Shared Services ensures accurate and timely processing of promotional programs, rebates and all accounts‑receivable (AR) activities across North America. Working closely with commercial and finance teams, the role supports the Order‑to‑Cash cycle, cash applications, credit, collections and deduction handling while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate, track and resolve promotions, rebates and other AR‑related transactions in line with program terms.
• Identify and correct discrepancies, open balances and communicate with customers to obtain required documentation.
• Generate, reconcile and analyze customer AR reports.
• Support month‑end closing, KPI monitoring and reporting for the assigned process tower.
• Lead or participate in special projects and act as a subject‑matter expert for customer policies.
• Train new employees and review work of non‑exempt staff for data quality and integrity.
• Serve as an escalation point, driving root‑cause correction and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of promotional programs and the Order‑to‑Cash cycle.
• Experience with cash applications, credit, collections and deduction handling.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial and finance teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven capability to train colleagues and lead project initiatives.
• Attention to detail and adherence to SOPs, regulatory and safety guidelines.
