Accounting Analyst (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will support the finance team by preparing financial reports, maintaining the company’s accounting records, and ensuring accurate balance‑sheet reconciliations. This 12‑month fixed‑term position offers the chance to work with a modern accounting system and apply US GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review balance‑sheet reconciliations and other accounting schedules.
• Update journals, ledgers, and other records of financial transactions.
• Verify data accuracy and generate financial reports for management.
• Design, modify, and maintain computer‑based accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of functional accounting experience, including reconciliations and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or in progress).
• Strong numerical accuracy and professionalism when interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
