Account Manager I – Transparency

About the role

Amazon Transparency is looking for an Account Manager I to partner with small‑medium brands across North America. You will help identify gaps in brand protection processes, experiment with new approaches, and provide feedback that shapes self‑service tools used by over half of the protected territory.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of account‑management activities for straightforward brand relationships, applying best practices to drive actionable recommendations.
• Audit, monitor, and review business performance for assigned brands, identifying patterns and updating plans to meet shared goals.
• Innovate and experiment with new approaches by listening to brand needs, spotting workflow gaps, and feeding improvements back to product teams.
• Collaborate with operations and cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and communicate progress.
• Contribute to playbooks and SOPs while researching technical and operational details to represent brand perspectives.

Required profile

• Experience working with small‑medium brands in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify performance patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills to balance routine monitoring with innovative problem‑solving.
