Strategic Sourcing Manager – High‑Volume Procurement

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead high‑volume, low‑to‑medium dollar sourcing projects within our Source‑to‑Pay process. You will ensure timely, cost‑effective procurement of goods and services while adhering to category strategies and established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects in line with category‑level strategies for low‑to‑medium dollar spend.
• Manage a large volume of sourcing requests, applying standardized processes.
• Create, review, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial/legal conditions with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick‑bid processes to select best‑value suppliers.
• Prioritize use of preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for project completion and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing principles.
• Experience managing multiple sourcing projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to analyze contracts, negotiate effectively, and assess risk.
• Proven track record of meeting performance targets and KPIs.
