About the role
Join P&G as a French‑Speaking Consumer Relations Specialist in San José, Costa Rica. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking consumers, delivering exceptional service across phone, email and chat while representing our trusted brands.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound consumer inquiries in French, providing accurate product information and troubleshooting guidance.
- Process warranty claims and guide customers through resolution steps following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of each interaction and contribute insights to improve messaging and processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate escalations and ensure timely responses.
- Support social‑media engagement and initiatives that drive consumer loyalty and brand reputation.
Required profile
- Fluent French communication skills (written and spoken) with strong empathy and active listening.
- Experience in customer‑facing roles such as call‑center, retail support, or consumer engagement.
- Ability to work on‑site for the first five months and adapt to an EST‑aligned schedule.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on delivering consistent, positive consumer experiences.
