Video Editing Specialist – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Video Editing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on reviewing and improving interview‑style video content, ensuring high‑quality storytelling and technical execution.

Key responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and refine interview content related to video editing and post‑production workflows.
• Assess technical execution, narrative structure, and creative choices in video editing materials.
• Provide detailed feedback on storytelling, pacing, and editing decisions to improve content quality.
• Evaluate and enhance AI‑generated interview materials for authenticity and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve training data accuracy and evaluation protocols.
• Ensure audio synchronization, color correction, and motion graphics meet industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of professional video editing experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut.
• Strong grasp of storytelling, narrative structure, cutting, and pacing techniques.
• Proven experience in audio editing and synchronization.
• Solid understanding of color correction, color grading, and motion graphics basics.
