UX/UI Designer Junior

About the role

Centauro Solutions is looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer to join a digital transformation project for a financial services client. The role focuses on turning user needs into simple, intuitive, and functional digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and continuous improvement of digital products, applications, and interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Design and evolve interface components while maintaining consistency with established Design Systems.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
• Translate user and business requirements into coherent experience and interface proposals.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, business, and design teams.
• Take part in design reviews, workshops, and multidisciplinary work sessions.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, test results, and project needs.
• Ensure visual consistency, usability, and accessibility of digital experiences.

Required profile

• Education or knowledge in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, HCI, or related fields.
• Strong visual design sense covering composition, hierarchy, typography, color, and graphic consistency.
• Ability to understand and act on feedback, turning it into concrete design improvements.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, creative, and interested in the latest design trends and technologies.
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for interface design, component creation, and prototyping.
• Understanding of fundamental UX, UI, Interaction Design, and User‑Centered Design principles.
• Experience with Design Systems and reusable components.
• Basic knowledge of responsive design and digital accessibility.
