Travel Specialist – Latin America (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, commercially‑driven Travel Specialist to join our Direct Sales team. Working 100% remotely, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from the first enquiry through to their return home and creating tailor‑made journeys across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Design and sell high‑quality, customized travel experiences throughout Latin America.
• Convert qualified enquiries into bookings and consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire client journey, primarily via phone.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, products, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, including occasional support to the Trade Sales team.
• Adapt to evolving business needs with flexibility and a proactive mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a target‑driven travel sales role.
• First‑hand travel experience in at least two Latin American countries and strong geographical knowledge of the region.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
