Trainee Recruiter – Remote (Entry‑Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Young Professional to join our talent acquisition team as a Trainee Recruiter. This remote, entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across the full hiring cycle while you develop core recruitment skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and help with initial resume screening under senior recruiter guidance.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to enhance your understanding of the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data.
