Senior Manager, Training & Capability Development

About the role

Confluent Medical Technologies seeks a strategic Senior Manager to lead Training & Capability Development across its manufacturing and support functions. The role focuses on building a scalable, data‑driven training discipline that aligns workforce skills with regulatory, quality, and operational goals in a regulated medical‑device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve a scalable training system that blends peer‑to‑peer learning with professional delivery.
• Establish training standards, certification frameworks, and audit‑ready processes, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Partner with Operations and Quality to align capability development with FDA, ISO, productivity, quality, and capacity objectives.
• Develop onboarding, competency‑based development, and certification pathways to accelerate employee proficiency.
• Enable manufacturing associates to act as effective trainers through standardized coaching and on‑the‑job practices.
• Lead and grow the training team, supporting production ramp‑ups, workforce planning, and new product introductions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing, learning & development, workforce capability, and change management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and own data‑driven training programs in regulated environments.
• Strong partnership skills with Operations, Quality, and senior leadership.
• Leadership experience managing a training team and driving cultural engagement.
