System Support Analyst – Level 2 (IBM AS400)

About the role

We are looking for a System Support Level 2 professional with expertise in IBM AS400 to provide advanced technical support for our enterprise platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling production incidents, validating configurations, and ensuring platform stability across application, infrastructure, and data layers.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents on a 24 × 7 rotating on‑call schedule.
• Validate system configurations and perform environment validation.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to investigate complex issues.
• Manage operational processes such as security certificate management and reporting.
• Produce operational and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in application, systems, or production support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication (B2 level).
• Detail‑oriented with disciplined documentation practices.
• Ability to handle multiple incidents simultaneously and work both independently and within cross‑functional teams.
