Support Operations Specialist – French (Sourcing Performance)

About the role

The Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management (VCDM) team in Costa Rica is seeking a full‑time Support Operations Specialist to provide back‑office support for vendor charge‑back disputes. The role is on‑site at the SJO19 building in the America Free Zone, Cariari, Heredia, and involves collaboration with Amazon vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in remote meetings or calls with Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers.
• Execute end‑to‑end processes and use tools for daily investigation tasks.
• Analyze and investigate vendor charge‑back disputes, ensuring accurate response and processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and reduce charge‑back errors.
• Contribute to vendor education programs and create clear documentation.
• Proactively detect issues, propose solutions, and enhance SOPs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate or customer‑service roles.
• Experience in peer coaching, mentoring, or training.
• Intermediate to advanced French proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica.

• French language proficiency (B2+).
