Supply Chain and Planning Team Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain and Planning Team Lead will own end‑to‑end planning and supply‑chain activities that directly impact customer experience, service performance and operational reliability. Working in a hybrid setting, the role partners with operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and commercial teams to ensure material availability and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand, supply and inventory planning processes to meet customer requirements and business priorities.
• Design, standardise and continuously improve planning and execution workflows for reliability and cross‑functional alignment.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, on‑time delivery and service level, and act on gaps.
• Manage escalations for supply constraints, shortages or demand changes, balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Support S&OP and integrated planning routines with data‑driven insights and scenario analysis.
• Prepare bid comparisons and document sourcing decisions for low‑ to mid‑value purchases.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Create and present KPI reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
