About the role
The institution is looking for a Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its cafeteria in San José. You will ensure high‑quality food service, compliance with client standards, and a smooth experience for all users.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise food production, customer service, and overall service quality.
- Administer and coordinate the work team for each shift.
- Provide support across different sites when needed.
- Control inventories and manage service billing.
- Verify correct execution of scheduled activities.
- Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health standards.
- Assist with administrative processes, staff training, and follow‑up.
Required profile
- High school diploma (Bachillerato en Educación Media).
- Valid food‑handling certification.
- At least 1 year of experience managing personnel.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Leadership, organization, proactivity and results‑focus.
