Supervisor de Comedor Institucional

About the role

The institution is looking for a Supervisor to lead the daily operations of its cafeteria in San José. You will ensure high‑quality food service, compliance with client standards, and a smooth experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise food production, customer service, and overall service quality.
• Administer and coordinate the work team for each shift.
• Provide support across different sites when needed.
• Control inventories and manage service billing.
• Verify correct execution of scheduled activities.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health standards.
• Assist with administrative processes, staff training, and follow‑up.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachillerato en Educación Media).
• Valid food‑handling certification.
• At least 1 year of experience managing personnel.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Leadership, organization, proactivity and results‑focus.
