Sourcing Procurement Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing Procurement Manager to lead low‑to‑medium value sourcing projects on a 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects aligned with category‑level strategies for low‑to‑medium dollar spend.
• Manage a high volume of sourcing requests, following standardized procedures.
• Create, review, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial/legal terms with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate supplier‑related risks.
• Run low‑complexity RFQs and quick bids to identify best‑value suppliers.
• Prioritize use of preferred and existing suppliers whenever possible.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for project completion and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data in procurement systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
