Sourcing Analyst – Global Delivery Center

About the role

As a Sourcing Analyst in Newmont’s Global Delivery Center, you will provide accurate and timely sourcing data to support informed supplier decisions. Your work will drive cost efficiency, sustainability, and performance improvements across the company’s worldwide supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze supplier information to guide selection, assess risk, and manage relationships.
• Reconcile and report on supplier performance metrics such as cost, quality, reliability, sustainability, and delivery speed.
• Support process improvements, implement new tools and systems, and streamline workflows.
• Assist with auditing activities and data‑quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders to achieve sourcing objectives.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (shared services preferred).
• Proficiency with ERP/SAP; Ariba experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of P2P processes, supplier performance metrics, and regulatory compliance in US/global markets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration abilities.
