Site Technical Architect – Luxury Hospitality Projects

About the role

Utopia Design is looking for a highly skilled Site Technical Architect to join its in‑house design team. You will work on boutique hospitality and low‑rise residential projects, providing technical design, construction documentation, and on‑site architectural supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate technical architectural design from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.
• Translate design intent into buildable Revit models and detailed documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines using BIM and Navisworks.
• Provide on‑site architectural supervision, quality control, and day‑to‑day technical problem solving.
• Review and approve minor deviations from design documentation.
• Participate in inspections, acceptance of completed works, and support tender documentation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably on hospitality and low‑rise residential projects.
• Strong technical and construction understanding with the ability to work independently on site‑related issues.
• Professional level of English.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Revit.
• Strong skills in Navisworks (BIM coordination).
• AutoCAD competence.
• Knowledge of Rhino (a plus).
• Experience with BIM workflows.
