Workplace Facility Management Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Workplace Facility Management Senior Analyst to oversee a range of facility and building services at its locations. The role involves executing and possibly supervising routine tasks that ensure the smooth operation of assets, engineering, maintenance, cleaning, mail delivery, logistics and storage services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide spectrum of Workplace Solutions services, including asset management, engineering, building maintenance, cleaning, mail delivery and logistics.
• Execute and oversee scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs of infrastructure such as HVAC, lighting, power, security, fire safety equipment and elevators.
• Ensure interior standards comply with Accenture policies regarding décor and overall workplace quality.
• May supervise junior team members and coordinate activities across multiple locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility or building management within a corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently while following Workplace Solutions guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple service areas and locations.
• Capacity to oversee and mentor junior staff when required.
