Senior Supervisor – Training & Document Control (Facilities Management)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Training and Document Control to support its MedTech Orthopedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role is part of the Facilities Management & Planning function and will play a key part in ensuring accurate documentation and effective training processes during a strategic business separation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Management & Planning area by handling administrative tasks and ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.
• Maintain and control documentation related to facilities, training programs, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate training activities for staff, ensuring materials are up‑to‑date and aligned with regulatory standards.
• Assist in the transition process associated with the planned separation of the Orthopedics business to DePuy Synthes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold Environmental Health, Safety, and Facilities Services standards.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in training coordination and document control within a facilities or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with EH&S and facilities management processes.
• Ability to work in a multinational organization and adapt to change during corporate transitions.
