Senior Software Engineer – .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain .NET‑based applications that support internal teams, clients and partners at Clario, a Thermo Fisher Scientific company. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production support, within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, debug and maintain .NET/C# applications and product enhancements.
• Analyse business and technical requirements, identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Build scalable, maintainable solutions using ASP.NET MVC and established design patterns.
• Develop and optimise PostgreSQL database logic, queries and data structures.
• Write clean unit tests with appropriate coverage and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues, isolate root causes and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with product, QA and cross‑functional teams and produce technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
