Senior DevOps Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work on flexible, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. The role is fully remote, focused on Latin America, and you will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate with client teams and contribute to design, development, and operations.
• Administer Linux servers in enterprise production environments.
• Manage TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, firewalls, and SSL/TLS.
• Maintain and troubleshoot load‑balancing solutions, preferably F5 BIG‑IP.
• Oversee virtualized infrastructure, including host, cluster, and resource management.
• Support enterprise storage and SAN platforms such as Pure Storage.
• Maintain web infrastructure components (Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, LAMP stack).
• Administer NoSQL databases like Couchbase.
• Implement containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
• Monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus and related observability tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, systems, infrastructure, or network engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networks, storage, and applications.
