Senior Corporate Communications Analyst – Latin America (Costa Rica)

About the role

The Corporate Communications Analyst will work closely with the Latin America Communications team to develop and execute both internal and external communication initiatives that support Bridgestone’s reputation, employees, operations and business objectives in Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and measure the internal communication strategy for Bridgestone’s Costa Rica operations.
• Standardize communication processes and manage internal channels for offices and manufacturing plants.
• Support the Country Manager and senior leaders in aligning messaging with West Executive Leadership initiatives.
• Execute integrated communications plans to protect and enhance Bridgestone’s external reputation in local communities.
• Partner with the Marketing COE and business leaders on communications around facility milestones, employee recognition and strategic business updates.
• Assist media‑relations activities in Costa Rica following regional and global guidelines.
• Support crisis communications in coordination with the Global Crisis Communications Team.
• Collaborate with Digital & Social Media teams and agencies to strengthen corporate positioning on social platforms.
• Act as the local point of contact for managing external agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in public/corporate affairs, communications or public relations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑regional communication teams and business leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
