Content Manager

About the role

Fragomen is looking for a proactive Content Manager to join its Marketing & Business Development team. You will collaborate with legal and corporate stakeholders worldwide to drive proposals, pitches, and other content‑marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of client‑focused proposals, RFP responses and pitch presentations.
• Coordinate inputs from internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
• Analyze RFP requirements, define strategy and themes, and guide team calls.
• Partner with pitch and design teams to create customized materials using PowerPoint and Ceros.
• Run and coach practice sessions for client‑facing presentations.
• Maintain and update proposal content in the web‑based system and CRM database.
• Draft and edit marketing copy according to style guidelines.
• Support the broader Marketing & Business Development department as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing RFPs, proposals, pitches or similar marketing/business‑development roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, including senior partners.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational abilities.
