Senior Applications Support Analyst

About the role

Citi is seeking a Senior Applications Support Analyst to own the production environment of its critical Reference Data applications. You will work within a global Production Management team, ensuring high‑visibility platforms remain stable, secure, and performant for markets, banking, and other business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support to Citi users, handling daily queries and driving stability improvements.
• Resolve critical incidents, prioritize, escalate, communicate with stakeholders, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Support planning and execution of system changes, including releases, infrastructure maintenance, and continuity tests.
• Maintain and optimise production monitoring and observability tools.
• Collaborate with Application Support, Development, Infrastructure, Business, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise‑level application support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed team.
