Project Coordinator – Large Customer Projects

About the role

The Project Coordinator will lead large, moderately complex customer projects with a regional focus and high risk exposure. You will act as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure solutions are planned, sold, and delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of large customer projects, managing legal and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate on project financials (P&L), meet approved budgets and provide accurate forecasts.
• Identify and nurture new business opportunities within ongoing projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with middle‑ and senior‑level client stakeholders.
• Lead project teams of fewer than 20 members, fostering skill development.
• Analyze complex business and system processes and implement closed‑loop feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and engagement teams to align customer needs.
• Define tasks, dependencies, and communicate expectations to team members.
• Solve complex problems with creative solutions and deliver professional reports.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within HP Services or similar global projects.
• Advanced degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience is also acceptable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
