SAP Security / GRC Senior Analyst

About the role

Solventum is seeking a senior SAP Security and GRC Analyst to lead the design, implementation and support of secure SAP solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments. The role will work closely with process owners, functional and technical teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation and optimal access controls.

Key responsibilities

• Provide subject‑matter expertise for SAP Security and GRC across S/4HANA, GTS and cloud solutions such as BTP, IBP and Ariba.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable designs.
• Lead incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and preventive control enhancements.
• Design and maintain role models, segregation of duties, and audit‑ready access controls.
• Manage end‑to‑end GRC processes including Fire Fighter administration, log reviews, workflow management and compliance reporting.
• Support SOX and internal/external audits by preparing evidence and testing controls.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of the SAP GRC suite.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Security, GRC administration and cloud‑based SAP application security.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
