Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior leader to shape its Digital Collaboration portfolio. The role focuses on designing, validating, and governing technology solutions that connect a wide range of collaboration, messaging, productivity, and AI-enabled tools across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑user solution architectures that prioritize integration, usability, security, and scalability.
• Facilitate architectural decisions, capture rationale, and produce structured artifacts for product teams.
• Define integration patterns and ensure consistent user journeys across Microsoft 365 and non‑Microsoft tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Miro.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI‑powered collaboration experiences, guiding adoption and secure, context‑aware implementations.
• Support the transformation of internal applications and workflows toward modular, user‑centric architectures.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in solution and enterprise architecture within large, complex ecosystems.
• Proven ability to act as a decision facilitator, integrator, and thought leader for cross‑functional product teams.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, collaboration platforms, and AI integration.
