SAP EWM Consultant – S/4HANA Transformation Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects for international clients. The role focuses on testing, documentation, user training, and business process support, working closely with senior consultants and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation projects with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, identify defects, and coordinate resolution with the project team.
• Create and maintain functional documentation, work instructions, and user guides for SAP EWM processes.
• Deliver user training and knowledge‑transfer sessions to business users.
• Collaborate with MM and SD functional teams to ensure seamless integration with EWM.
• Participate in workshops, solution validation, cut‑over, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or related logistics solutions.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP EWM testing, functional documentation, and user training.
• Strong understanding of EWM integration with SAP MM and SD modules.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with international teams.
• Valid passport, U.S. B1/B2 visa, and willingness to travel 40‑60% of the time.
