Senior Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to lead complex functional and technical consulting initiatives. The role involves translating customer business priorities into scalable SaaS solutions, overseeing delivery, and ensuring measurable outcomes across enterprise, mid‑market and small‑business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements definition, solution design, architecture and integration sessions with customers.
• Own solution quality across configuration, data, integrations, migration, identity, security, testing, deployment and adoption.
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on solution options, trade‑offs, risks and recommendations while challenging unnecessary complexity.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, partners and customer technical teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Review estimates, project plans, Statements of Work, change requests and implementation readiness.
• Mentor junior consultants, develop reusable consulting methodologies and contribute to pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, technology consulting or complex software implementation, with a track record of leading customer workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications in SaaS, cloud, integrations, data, Agile or change management are a plus.
• Strong functional and technical consulting expertise covering solution design, architecture, integrations, data migration, identity, security, testing and deployment.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous projects, identify risks, evaluate trade‑offs and communicate recommendations to executives.
