RTR Manager – Finance Transformation

About the role

DHL Supply Chain is building a world‑class Accounting hub in Heredia, Costa Rica, and seeks an experienced RTR Manager to lead the Record‑to‑Report function within its Finance transformation. You will ensure high‑quality, compliant financial operations while supporting the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general accounts and financial data in line with Group Accounting Policy, IFRS and internal procedures.
• Produce accurate, transparent financial reports and manage period‑end and year‑end closing schedules for assigned countries.
• Implement agreed‑upon processes, collaborate with global and regional Internal Control Services (ICS) teams, and ensure timely remediation of control issues.
• Identify and drive process improvements, monitor KPI performance, and execute root‑cause analyses for any deviations.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for accounting processes, supporting profit‑and‑loss and balance‑sheet reviews.
• Lead a team of accountants, overseeing performance, discipline, and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with Shared Service Centers, country finance teams, and the CFO, and support transition of new activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within a multinational logistics or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Group Accounting policies and month‑/year‑end closing procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
• Demonstrated leadership skills managing a team of finance professionals.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
